Point 71 is a business development concern.  We specialize in working with individuals and small groups for developing and vetting business ideas.  Based upon our clients' input, we  develop a business strategy, marketing plan, and financial models to ensure that your business gets the attention it deserves.

We work with clients to evaluate and refine business ideas, prepare financial business cases, create a marketing plan,and a project implementation plan. If a client's project requires external funding, we may also prepare formal proposals and presentations as necessary.

To keep our costs reasonable, we keep our core staff lean. Our individual members have a variety of business and educational backgrounds and experience in various disciplines. The core group has an extensive list of associates in a variety of industries. If specialty knowledge is required to properly evaluate your idea, a specialist associates is called in for additional information and evaluation.

Our organizational model provides our clients with a core team member who oversees client projects. This is the client contact and project manager. After establishing what a client wants, the project manager assembles the appropriate teams of associates, assigns tasks and tracks the task to schedule.

The Point 71 business model provides clients with field expertise that is beyond the scope of a full time staff, yet offered at a cost of a small firm.  Our size is our strength: no client is just another client, but one who has a personal relationship with one of the principals of the firm.
